  • - Credit Card Payment, included the international Credit Card, paid via 3rd party online payment processing platform- Stripe

    • No Cash Payment in Campus

  • To ensure safety and security during work placement and on campus, we do not accept cash payments at the campus. As an alternative, you may visit any ATM in Melbourne/Hobart CBD to make a cash deposit. Please take a clear photo of the deposit receipt and email it to finance@clinton.edu.au, including your full name and student ID. This will help us reconcile your payment efficiently.

    • What is Stripe?




    Stripe, a global online payment processing platform, provides comprehensive support for businesses that accept credit card payments from customers in Australia, like Clinton Institute. Stripe is safe to use in Australia. The Cardholder needs to provide the Authentication via the SMS code sent. It can significantly reduce the unauthorised card use caused by previous fraud detected. Credit Card information has also been protected, as no hard copies of personal card numbers were collected.
    Once you make the payment via Stripe, the system will send you the receipt, and your tuition fee payment will be reconciled automatically without further overdue notice.
    Stripe will add a credit card processing fee, which is vary depend on the type your card. Please review the processing fee charge occurred before confirming the your payment.
    Please note all the credit card processing fees are paid to Stripe. Stripe is only one of the payment options. Students can still pay to school via bank transfer without additional processing fee charge.

    • For exit student refund (if you are eligible), Clinton Institute only accept the one of below account information in the refund application form. Failure to provide the eligible account information may caused the refund progress rejection.

    • - Student nominee agent account (if nominee agent look after the whole enrolment progress and initial payment was paid via the agent)
